Job Description

As the Cybersecurity Lead, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and enforcing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Supporting the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in shaping and executing the organization's cybersecurity strategy. - Ensuring comprehensive risk management through continuous threat assessments, mitigation planning, and compliance monitoring. - Overseeing core security infrastructure, security operations, third-party risk, and resilience initiatives. - Guiding technical security assessments such as VA/PT, AppSec, and secure configuration reviews. - Facilitating internal and external audits, engaging with regulators, managing cybersecurity training and awareness programs. - Reporting key risks to executive management and ensuring adherence to cyber risk governance frameworks and regulatory mandates. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, threat assessments, and compliance monitoring. - Hands-on experience in overseeing security infrastructure and operations. - Familiarity with technical security assessments such as VA/PT, AppSec, and secure configuration reviews. - Excellent communication skills to engage with regulators, manage training programs, and report key risks to executive management.
