Key Responsibilities: - Capture customer requirements for creative projects, allocate tasks to team members based on their bandwidth and skillset, negotiate deadlines, and provide cost estimates - Ensure resource estimates and actual assignments are recorded and regularly updated in internal systems - Meet and exceed customer expectations, turnaround time, and team efficiency - Maintain an appropriate level of work within the team to meet utilization targets and alert managers of any workload issues - Maintain billing records and time tracking, produce routine and custom reports as necessary - Participate in discussions on workflow planning, scheduling, delivery, and overall cost-effectiveness - Stay updated with the firm-wide time tracking mechanism and advocate the same to teams and customers - Anticipate project risks, delays, and roadblocks, and proactively communicate with team managers for resolution - Act as the go-to person for volume management, project clarification, and handling customer expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/College diploma - At least 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced global environment - Experience working directly/independently with customers Additional Company Details: EY GDS is a dynamic and global delivery network that operates across multiple locations, collaborating with EY teams from various service lines, geographies, and sectors.
