Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, your primary job function will involve achieving the assigned sales targets within your territory. You will be responsible for conducting effective field work independently and reporting your activities on a daily basis using the online system provided. It is essential to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Key Responsibilities: - Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the Division's products - Promote the products according to the strategy outlined - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists - Contribute to strategy building and act as a good Brand Ambassador for the company Qualifications Required: - Graduation, preferably in science or pharmacy - Prior experience in the same therapy is preferred - Candidates with experience in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will be given added advantage - Fluent and confident communication skills are essential for this role.,
