Associate-Technology Vendor Management

Role Overview: At American Express, you will play a crucial role in the Technology Vendor Management (TVM) team, ensuring strategic engagement with technology vendors to maximize value from partnerships. You will collaborate with colleagues globally to manage vendor data, support analysis, billing, compliance, and relationships, while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accruals and accounting entries in collaboration with Technology Controllership - Support procurement of technology assets and services with a focus on accurate accounting - Drive continuous process improvements and automation - Handle issue management and ensure contractual compliance - Prepare Monthly Invoice Review presentations and conduct billing data trend analysis - Provide local support during audits related to vendor billings - Ensure vendor compliance with Indias Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act - Take ownership of additional responsibilities and cross-functional projects as assigned - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Legal, Tax, Controllership, GSM, and vendor partners Qualification Required: - Experience preferably within IT services - Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification Additional Company Details: American Express offers comprehensive benefits to support your holistic well-being, including competitive salaries, bonus incentives, financial well-being support, retirement benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits.
