Job Description

Objective

Delivery of Comprehensive Patient Care

Principal Accountabilities :

(A) Strategic

1. Performance / Team Development/Co-ordination
Training/Cross functional training development. Train educate subordinates on functional service standards functioning / operation of all equipment of the dept. Maintain department duty roster. Participating communication pass to each level by email/personal meeting to make a department work more efficiently timely manner. Facilitate on the job training and participating in in service education program i.e. BLS, Code blue, emergency codes, fire management etc. Developed service excellence, service standard guidelines example Do s and Don t, for the dept. and other department like patient care services dept, nursing dept, laboratory technician. Developed slides on infection control, work place safety, BMW management, patient handling with prompt care empathy for the training purpose. Prepared health talk topic slides for the CAMP and people awareness i.e. healthy heart, cholesterol management, diabetes, blood pressure, Asthma rehabilitation etc. Maintaining investigation record / reports and inventory stock into eHIS and transferring the patient investigation data through IMPAX system uploading into eHIS. (B) Quality Improvement Initiative Quality indicator : Report delivery on time Turn around time (TAT) for the all investigations. Report typing error (0% error). Minimal to negligible wastage.

(C) Patient / customer satisfaction Maintaining high professional ethics and standards. Achieving patient satisfaction by delivering the excellent services. High level of communication and co ordination skills.

(D) Customer satisfaction and convincing power.
Active participation in all departments training and development activities. Ensure department laboratories / room readiness at all times and works towards reducing change over time to less than 15 minute. Resolving irate / dissatisfied customer issues instantly. Turned the dissatisfied customer into satisfied customer. (E) Other assigned responsilities Attending Health Camp indoor/outdoor. Excellent coordination with internal customers Maintaining daily monthly investigations data recording consultant wise data recording.

1. Operational Should have the knowledge about the data management and quality improvement of ICU through ICU quality indicator. Should have the knowledge and data management of MM meeting. Should have the knowledge of benefits of all the pulmonology tests. Should know and maintain the equipments. In this role, the qualified candidate will be relied on to perform and document cardiology procedures. Must be able to effectively work with all age groups, as well as establish strong working relationships with coworkers and physicians. Requires computer literacy. Implementation of SOP s and protocol. To perform a variety of multi modalities technical and supportive patient care tasks independently assist Physician in performing Pulmonology investigation / Urology / Neurology / procedures as per standard protocol. Participating implementing the process of NABH accreditations under the guidance of NABH team members. Paramedic course coordination training Maintaining patient appointment allocating desire time interval as per patient/customer expectation.

Negligible patients complaints No gross negligence is reported. Any other creative work done Aptitude towards their work.
