Associate Technical Support Analyst

You will be joining as an Associate Technical Support Analyst at Perceptive, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving technical incidents and requests related to business systems. - Problem Management - Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services. - Assist in the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures. - Incident Management - Identify, register, and categorize incidents following agreed procedures. - Gather information for incident resolution and allocate incidents promptly. - Maintain records and communicate actions taken to relevant persons. - Customer Service Support - Act as the routine contact point for receiving and handling support requests. - Respond to a broad range of service requests by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution. - Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis, allocating unresolved issues as appropriate. - Relationship Management - Implement stakeholder engagement/communications plan. - Manage resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and information collection. - Collect and utilize feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure effectiveness of stakeholder management. - Develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. - Other - Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent project-related experience. - Fluent in English. - ITIL V3 Certification.
