Roles and Responsibilities :

Installs, repairs, and maintains servers, desktops, laptops, and edge network devices.
Images and configures systems for deployment and new team member setups.
Ensures VDI and Thin Clients integrate with servers and company systems.
Manages user and computer accounts in Active Directory and LAN access.
Troubleshoots hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
Collects and reports LAN performance and capacity data to senior staff.
Updates documentation and supports compliance with IT security policies.
Responds to support tickets within defined service-level timelines.
Builds positive client relationships and communicates technical solutions clearly.
Works under supervision to apply standard IT practices and learn professional concepts.
