As a ServiceNow Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, configuring, and enhancing core and custom applications in ServiceNow. - Working across various modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), HR Service Delivery, and more. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform accordingly. - Creating and customizing ServiceNow workflows and forms to improve user experience. - Ensuring the implementation of best practices within the ServiceNow platform. - Providing technical support and guidance on ServiceNow capabilities. - Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and software. - Conducting regular system audits to maintain optimal performance. - Preparing and updating documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform. - Familiarity with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and Custom Application Development within ServiceNow. - Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with REST and SOAP web services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred skills for this position include: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or any module implementation certification. - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL processes.,
