Associate Technical Lead

Job Description

Key Skills: Java, .NET, C++, Windows, NET Core, Node.js, Django Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and guide the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and ensure that the design and user experience are optimized. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in line with business requirements. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise. Continuously learn and apply new technical skills and tools. Engage in the design and development of complex client-side applications and multi-threaded back-end applications. Contribute to the architectural decisions and provide technical input during the planning and design phases. Experience Requirement: 5-9 years of work experience with strong computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms). Technical expertise in C#/Java/C++ (Python experience is a plus). Experience with data processing and storage technologies such as SQL and/or NoSQL Database systems. Motivated to independently learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders. Experience working in a service-oriented architecture. Experience developing APIs and multi-threaded applications. Ability to structure and build complex client-side applications. Experience with back-end frameworks such as .NET Core, Node.js, Django, etc. Experience developing clean UIs for desktop or web-based applications. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech.
