Associate Technical Consultant

Sierra Learning Academy is seeking a proactive Associate Technical Consultant to join the Learning & Development team. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who have recently graduated or are in the early stages of their careers, possessing a strong passion for technology and a desire to assist others in skill development. You will be responsible for conducting and supporting training sessions focusing on core programming and UI development topics. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing training materials, exercises, and resources. Guiding and mentoring trainees to facilitate effective skill enhancement will be a crucial aspect of your role. Collaboration with the team to elevate the quality and impact of training programs is also expected. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. A tech-savvy individual with fundamental programming knowledge, coupled with a keen interest in continuous learning and teaching, will thrive in this role. A problem-solving mindset is also highly valued. Proficiency in Java, Basic C, Python & Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Figma (UI design tools) is required. This position is based in Mangalore, India, and is a full-time role with a salary range of 3 - 7 LPA. The desired experience level for this position is 01 year.
