Associate Technical Consultant

You will be responsible for supporting software creation for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This includes conducting SIT test cases at customer locations and submitting daily reports to NCR and the BANK. You will also conduct UAT test cases at customer locations, submit daily reports, and track issues using the JIRA tool. Additionally, you will raise ATM software issues with the Level 1 software support team, coordinate, test, and implement fixes for the raised issues. Customer-facing meetings may be required for addressing issues or queries from production machines, and you will need to coordinate with various teams within NCR for resolving ATM production issues.
