Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Teacher to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience teaching or working in Technical Trades, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electricals.

Roles and Responsibility

Teach theory, conduct practicals, and take regular tests on all four modules of MSFC.
Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy.
Mentor students to identify a trade of their choice to specialize in further.
Lead projects to improve student exposure, such as bringing industry experts to the school or partnering with industries for internships.
Develop awareness of Skill Development among parents through regular meetings.
Visit and learn from external organizations and bring the learning to the school.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Technical Trades, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electricals
At least 1 year of teaching/industry experience in any of the four modules.
Possess strong knowledge of MSFC curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents is essential.
Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
