Associate Talent Manager

As a Talent Manager at Eleve Media, you will play a crucial role in building strong and enduring relationships with influencers, creators, and celebrity talent. Your responsibilities will include scouting, identifying, and onboarding new talents, as well as maintaining and updating the talent database. You will collaborate with internal teams to establish associations with celebrities and Category A talents. Moreover, you will be tasked with managing ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent, ensuring seamless execution of collaborations and partnerships. Your ability to balance client expectations while confidently pushing back when necessary will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial, along with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
