Key Responsibilities:

• Amadeus Cryptic Expertise:

  Work with Amadeus Cryptic commands to process and manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications for travel-related services.

• Travel Process Knowledge:

  Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of travel processes, including flight reservations, ticketing, refunds, and GDS workflows.

• Issue Resolution:

  Provide troubleshooting support to resolve complex issues related to bookings, cancellations, and passenger data.

• Transaction Accuracy:

  Ensure all travel transactions, including bookings and cancellations, are processed accurately and promptly through Amadeus Cryptic.

• Operational Support:

  Assist with back-office operations, performing data maintenance and ensuring consistency in travel-related information.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and report any issues or improvements to management.

• System Monitoring:

  Monitor the Amadeus system to ensure smooth operations and data integrity; troubleshoot and resolve any system or process-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in

  Amadeus Cryptic

  commands and tools.
• Thorough understanding of

  travel processes

  , including flight reservations, ticketing, and cancellations.
• UG, Graduate, or Post Graduate qualifications.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  

• Chennai location is mandatory
