Job Description

DBS Group Audit prides itself with the use of Data Analytics & Digital in enhancing audit effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, the Group Audit Data Analytics team is responsible for driving innovation in Analytics & Digital to help audit teams uncover risks and control weakness across different markets; and advance the Digital Auditing journey.

DBS Group Audit is looking for a Business Analyst to deliver digital and data initiatives to support the implementation of Group Audit Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM).

The candidate s responsibilities include :

Responsible for the business analysis, stakeholder management and implementation of key Group Audit digital and data projects.
Liaise with stakeholders in defining scope, objectives and measure of success.
Work closely with the Business Users / Product Owners and communicate schedule of the progress and if required escalate to the management.
Responsible for creating a work plan/schedule for the activities required to successfully complete the project.
Work closely with technology team to align scope of work and deliver as per delivery plan.
Examine the quality of work done on regular basis ensuring good project standards.

Requirements

Degree in any disciplines with at least 5 years of experience in managing and delivering digital & data projects
Experience in Agile project management is a must
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of banking industry (Institutional banking experience preferred)
Proficient in SQL
Knowledge in data science is a plus
Independent, self-motivated, team player and can work under pressure
