Growing together Understand the business needs of the client and accordingly design the most effective solution using technologies suitable to the end users. Be a part of deliverable discussions with clients over telephonic calls and engage with them as a thought partner for their requirements. Design and develop new features and integrate them with the other applications for enterprise-level customer environments. Hands on and lead by example for a development team to deliver the product on time meeting usability and quality criteria. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Ready for new challenges and undertake new work. The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience - 7+ years in IT Expert technologiesSpring Boot, React Node JS, Java, OpenShift, Kafka, Rest API, MySQL Good knowledge in AngularJs/ReactJs, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Knowledge of third-party libraries like jQuery, NodeJS Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, CI/CD, Jenkins and DevOps Ability to work effectively under pressure in dynamic environment Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
