We will be providing training on the ServiceNow platform to ensure everyone is well-equipped to use it effectively.” Training Plan Phase 1: Introduction Session Overview of ServiceNow, key modules, and use cases. Phase 2: Role-Based Training Tailored sessions based on job functions (e.g., IT, HR, Admin, etc.) Phase 3: Hands-on Practice Live demo sessions and guided practice tasks in a sandbox environment. Phase 4: Q&A and Support Open session to clarify doubts and address real-time issues. Phase 5: Feedback & Follow-up Collect feedback and plan for advanced/ongoing training if required.
