Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role requires handling customer issues and queries directly at the customer location. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers on-site to address and resolve product or service-related issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve complex problems.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
