Key

Responsibilities

Producing Models for HVAC and Plumbing services using REVIT MEP BIM byagreeingdrawingstrategy,type,sizeofdrawinganddrawingnumberingwithprojectengineer/consultant/clientandsuggestingmethodsofdrawingproductiontoensureefficientmethodsofworking.
UsetemplatesforCAD/BIMworkanduseCAD/BIMlibraryitemstoassistdesignworkandproduceconstructiondeliverablesin2Dformatlike–
HVAC Ducting layout.
Piping layout, piping general arrangements, pipe routing studies, P&IDs.
General Arrangement drawings of Equipment room.
Plumbing drawings & riser diagrams,
Developmentofplansandsectiondrawings.
EquipmentSchedules,Installationdetailsdrawings.
Responsibleforcoordinatingassignedscopeofworkwithotherdisciplinestogenerateaclashfreedesign.
PossessgoodunderstandingofLOD100to450andknowledgeofas-builtwork
Abletosizeduct,accessoriesandhydraulicpipingbasedoncodesandbestindustrialpractice.
Willingtoadvanceincareerbytakingincreasedengineeringdesignresponsibilitiesbycloselyworkingwithdisciplineleadengineer.
Acommittedteamplayerabletoworkonowninitiative.
Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.GoodCommunicationskills(verbal&written)andabilitytoself-checkandproduceaccuratework.

3DTools: REVIT ismustandKnowledgeofAutoCADPlant3D;AutoCADMEPisaplus.
2DTools:AutoCAD.
CoordinationTools: Naviswork
MicrosoftOfficeTools–MSWord,MSExcel,MSPowerPoint,Outlook,OneNote.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI / NCTVT – Mechanical Draftsman

Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Center/Commercial MEP design, development of General arrangement drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, plumbing drawings, Riser drawings, etc. using 3D or 2D design tools.

Workingknowledgeof international codes and standard s (ASHRAE, ASME, International Plumbing Code, International Building code, etc.)used in Commercial, Warehouse, Aviation, Residential projects.
