Associate / Senior Associate

Role Overview: You will be part of project teams in political campaigns, collaborating with the Organization team and client team members to develop strategies. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing campaign execution, coordinating with campaign teams, and engaging stakeholders at various levels. This role offers exposure to working closely with political leaders and organizers, but also requires maintaining confidentiality, exceptional client management skills, and high performance standards. You will provide insights on campaign progress through continuous reporting and analysis, which may involve evening and weekend work and extensive travel. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute ideas and strategies for campaign initiatives - Manage campaign initiatives from start to finish - Conduct research and present findings for on-ground initiatives - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to offer practical solutions - Take decisive actions and adapt to ambiguous situations Qualification Required: - Minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institution - 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or related field preferred - Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal - Familiarity with West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape is advantageous - Proficiency in both written and spoken Bengali (Note: This is a contractual role until April 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.),
