Associate / Senior Associate

You will be joining a leading political consulting organization dedicated to providing professional support for political campaigns. Your work will involve working in project teams, developing political and campaign strategies, managing end-to-end execution, coordinating with campaign teams, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels. Additionally, you will contribute towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives, project-manage initiatives, undertake research, and present findings to formulate on-ground initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing insights to internal stakeholders on campaign progress and effectiveness through continuous reporting and analysis. This role will require evening and weekend work as well as extensive travel, especially across West Bengal, interacting with multiple stakeholders. You are expected to possess excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment. Desired Qualification & Experience: - Minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institution - 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar field is an added advantage - Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal - Context and understanding of West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus - Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali This is a contractual role until April 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.,
