Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Sales Support to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales support, supply chain management, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Prepare MIS for large corporate clients across India, track repayments, fees, and disbursement status, and sanction terms and conditions.
Coordinate with all regions to prepare the monthly pipeline report and daily TDS query resolution.
Track pipeline activities, including post-disbursement activities such as collection, deferral, and PDD.
Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to resolve issues related to overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection.
Collect deferral MIS from CAD Team and coordinate with all regions for closure.
Maintain collections data for all corporate cases and provide daily updates on overdues to RM.
Prepare visit reports, opportunity reports, and lead reports.
Provide weekly regional data and create PPT presentations for MD reviews.

Job
Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in sales support, supply chain management, or a related field.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Be familiar with MS Office and other software applications, and demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
