What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Business Development Head who’s not just a good closer — but someone who’s been in the trenches and built something sustainable.

If you’ve stayed and grown with a company for 3+ years, taken full ownership of sales or BD efforts, and want to do it again — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end B2B business development strategy across products
  • Generate and convert qualified leads in SMB and enterprise segments
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and close high-value deals
  • Define pricing, GTM, and channel partnerships
  • Work closely with founders, product, and marketing to align messaging
  • Set up sales processes, CRM tracking, and reporting
  • Lead a small BD team as we scale

Who Should Apply

  • 5+ years in B2B business development, strategic sales, or partnerships
  • 3+ years in a single company/role is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in tech, SaaS, or early-stage product sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Comfortable working from our Pune office (F2F interviews required)

Good to Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML, productivity, fintech, or digital platforms
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Startup/venture experience is a plus
