Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage international sales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for process improvements.

Job Requirements :

0-4 years of experience in telesales or international sales.
Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
Languages required Malyalam and English.
Age criteria is below 30 years.
