Associate Research Analyst

Role- Associate Research Analyst

Exp- 6 months-2 years

Location- HSR Layout, Bengaluru

About the Role:

1. Identify and list potential target companies and talent for any roles based on industry, function,

and level.

2. Build and maintain talent databases by researching profiles using LinkedIn, job boards, and

internal tools.

3. Create basic reports showing where talent is available, what skills they have, and how

experience levels vary.

4. Collect and compare salary information across roles, levels, and companies.

5. Provide data and insights to recruiters and business teams to help them plan and make better

hiring decisions.

6. Prepare simple, clear summaries using Excel or PowerPoint to present research findings.

7. Use platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Naukri RMS, or job portals for gathering relevant

information.

8. Work on research projects related to hiring trends, skill demand, or talent availability.

Must Have:

1.Good with Sourcing techniques like Boolean Search

2.Good with Data Analysis and Reporting

3. Excellent in Excel and Google workspace
