We can solve this problem together. Summary: Our Rent to Own associate plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of the organisation by improving customer experience. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers. What will you be doing... Connect with the lead who are interested in buying our purifier Understand customer s requirement and provide a tailored quotation for purchasing our device Provide a hand holding to the customer through the journey of shifting from device renting to an owning model Develop strategies to increase the lead conversion Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s current promotions & processes necessary to meet or exceed the goals.
