Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the rural areas of Bayad, Gujarat. This is a full-time position with a focus on sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers in the rural areas and promote our financial products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand the financial needs of customers and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or complaints
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' products and services
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in a rural area and fluency in local language (Gujarati) is preferred
