Associate Relationship Manager-PL

Role Overview: As an Associate Relationship Manager-Personal Loan in the Rural Banking department, your primary role will be to start and service Personal Loans in the rural market. You will be responsible for identifying business owners and entrepreneurs in the defined catchment area, assessing their loan needs, and disbursing Personal loans based on these assessments. Your aim will be to achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets while also cross-selling products and services to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify business owners/entrepreneurs in the defined catchment area and assess their business loan needs. - Map out prospects in the town to understand the business potential. - Disburse Personal loans based on the needs assessment. - Conduct end-use checks post-disbursal of loans. - Achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets. - Cross-sell products and services to new and existing customers based on their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements. - Contribute to the penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening according to customer needs. - Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive. - Prepare accurate documentation of loans. - Coordinate with operations officer to ensure timely data entry. - Encourage behavioral changes in customers to move towards online banking. - Ensure compliance as per the bank's requirements. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any of the following fields: Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - 0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.,
