As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our Micro Enterprises and Livelihood (MEL) customers in the rural areas of Kamrej, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with MEL customers in the assigned area
• Understand the financial needs of the customers and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the MEL portfolio
• Conduct regular visits to MEL customers to build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer information and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of MEL products and services is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
