Associate Relationship Manager-LAP

Role Overview: As an Associate Relationship Manager-LAP in the Rural Banking unit of the Retail Assets function, your primary responsibility is to deepen relationships with Rural Banking accounts and provide exceptional service to customers. You will be identifying mortgage needs and offering appropriate lending solutions, specifically Loan Against Property. Your role involves acquiring new clients, nurturing household-level customer relationships, and maximizing the lifetime value of each relationship to contribute to the overall organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate client needs to identify cross-selling opportunities based on lifestyle, risk profile, and requirements - Drive mortgage business penetration in Rural markets by generating leads, opening accounts, and conducting detailed household needs assessments - Perform end-user checks post loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets - Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account relationship retention while ensuring high collections efficiency - Prepare high-quality loan documentation to minimize queries/rejections from Operations/Credit teams - Coordinate with operations officer for accurate and timely data entry and ensure compliance with bank requirements Secondary Responsibilities: - Propose process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Support the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Full Time) - 12th standard or equivalent - 0-2 years of experience in NBFCs/Banking Additional Details: The role of Associate Relationship Manager-LAP focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving mortgage business growth, and ensuring compliance with bank requirements.
