Job Description

Job Summary:

Associate Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing of
Finished Products, Raw Materials, Stability Samples, Pre-shipment Samples, Process Validation Samples, Water and Blend Samples
.
Online reporting and documentation of all analyses conducted.
Receive stability samples from QA and send samples for external lab analysis when required.
Ensure adherence to
Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
as per QC department guidelines.
Conduct instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, etc.) and wet chemical analysis.
Carry out regular
maintenance and calibration
of laboratory instruments.
Maintain and update temperature and relative humidity records using
thermometers and hygrometers
.
Verify test results against standards and confirm any doubtful results before reporting.
Maintain standard consumption records, prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, and update related records.
Prepare laboratory reagent solutions and ensure accurate documentation.

Update consumption records of
reference standards and working standards
.
Ensure adherence to
lab safety protocols
at all times.
