Associate Project Manager

You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of the project management office as an Associate Project Manager. Your role will involve working closely with customers and supporting project teams to track progress and ensure that project deliverables meet expectations. You will be required to support the creation of project schedules, roadmaps, and work breakdown structures, identify and document key requirements, track project progress, and report status updates to all stakeholders. Monitoring task completion, managing project documentation, status reports, and action items, coordinating with different teams, and serving as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. Effective communication with clients, issue tracking, and ensuring timely updates to project teams and stakeholders are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you may be involved in reviewing estimates, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, as well as assisting in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
