Associate Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years in IT/software project management.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
  
• Experience in BFSI domain.
  
• Proficient in Jira, Trello, and QA processes.
  
• Familiar with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  
• Skilled in multitasking and delivering under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage end-to-end projects within scope, time, and budget.
  
• Track goals and progress using tools like Jira/Trello.
  
• Coordinate across teams and resolve issues promptly.
  

Agile Execution

• Implement Scrum/Kanban; lead stand-ups, planning, retros, etc.
  
• Drive continuous process improvements.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Gather requirements and align with client goals.
  
• Provide updates and handle escalations effectively.
  

Team Leadership

• Support and mentor teams for high performance.
  
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
