Associate Program Manager- Dialysis Technology

We are looking for a competent and committed Associate Program Manager to support the Dialysis Technology program. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Dialysis Technology (or related field), with 2–3 years of clinical and academic experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing academic operations for the Dialysis Technology program.
• Support curriculum delivery and update course content as per industry trends and standards.
• Coordinate with faculty, guest lecturers, and clinical trainers for smooth course execution.
• Monitor student progress and conduct academic evaluations.
• Supervise practical training and internships in hospital or lab settings.
• Maintain academic records, student feedback, and documentation.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance student learning, if required.
• Ensure quality assurance and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Collaboration support with industry partners and academic associations

Qualification & Other Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Dialysis Technology or a related allied health discipline
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant clinical and teaching experience in dialysis care.
• Familiarity with current dialysis equipment, techniques, and patient care protocols
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Passion for training and developing healthcare professionals.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
