Role Description

This is a full-time role for an on-site Associate Program Manager - Branding and Execution located in Bengaluru. The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing branding and execution strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing branding initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the consistency of brand messaging. The role also involves analyzing brand performance, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for brand growth. The candidate will also support the execution of various marketing and promotional activities.

• Strong Project Management and Operational Skills
• Ability to conduct and analyze Market Research and Performance Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Teamwork Skills
• Proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
