Associate Professor of Psychology

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor of Psychology at Karnavati University. The position is located in Gandhinagar. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology, developing and updating curriculum materials, conducting research in their area of expertise, and mentoring students. Additional duties include participating in departmental meetings, contributing to university service activities, and collaborating with colleagues on academic projects.

Qualifications

• Experience of 15 years in Psychology and University Teaching skills
• Proven ability in Curriculum Development and Teaching
• Strong Research background and familiarity with current psychological studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ph.D. in Psychology mandate
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
• Experience in academic service and committee participation is a plus
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic community
