Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor of Finance, based in Pune. The individual will be responsible for teaching and developing finance-related courses, guiding and mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic development of the institute. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and taking part in institutional activities such as seminars, workshops, and curriculum development. Collaboration with faculty members and staying updated with industry trends will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Corporate Finance is essential.
• Knowledge and teaching experience in Accounting and Economics are required.
• Proficiency in conducting Research and the ability to publish in reputed journals is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching experience at the postgraduate level in management education is preferred.
• Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and mentor students effectively.
• Familiarity with current trends in the finance and business industries is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage in institutional development activities.
