Job Description

You will be joining ACA as an Associate Product Owner for Enterprise Systems, supporting the Product Owner in defining and delivering enterprise-grade solutions that meet customer and business needs. Your role involves owning assigned system modules or epics, gathering and documenting business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand pain points, opportunities, and desired outcomes will be crucial. You will maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized. Additionally, you will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while supporting the Product Owner in roadmap planning and release management. Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), validating feature delivery against requirements, analyzing product performance, and user feedback to inform future enhancements are key responsibilities. It is essential to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation and influence vendor roadmaps. Creating mockups and prototypes to support roadmap direction and tracking metrics for measurement of business outcomes gained from implemented solutions are also part of the role. - Own assigned system modules or epics and gather and document business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, opportunities, and desired outcomes. - Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Support the Product Owner in roadmap planning and release management. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate feature delivery against requirements. - Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements. - Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation. - Influence vendor roadmaps. - Create mockups and prototypes to support roadmap direction. - Tracking metrics for measurement of business outcomes gained from implemented solutions. **Required Education And Experience:** - Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Working knowledge of salesforce.com/force.com platform, Business Process Automation Tools, IT Service Management Systems, WorkDay, or other back-office systems. **Preferred Education And Experience:** - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio are a plus. **Required Skills And Attributes:** - Understanding of enterprise software or SaaS platforms. - Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to learn technical concepts quickly. - Ability to set priorities. - Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making, experience with Design Thinking. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture solution and then craft requirements into actionable use cases, epics, user stories. - Demonstrated leadership in a Behavior Driven Development/Gherkin environment. - Demonstrated success in owning a technology platform and creating measurable business outcomes. - Demonstrated professional integrity.
