Product Marketing (Event Response)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Required to work closely with our founders and our engineering & product teams to translate features of our innovative insurance technology platform EigenPrism into crisp marketing communication that excites our clients to use our product.
• Create insightful blogs on global natural catastrophe events and drive engagement through well-crafted email campaigns.
• Write clear, user-friendly Help Center articles, product release notes, and other product-related documentation.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will own the voice of the product and help communicate the right information to the right customers at the right time to help them extract maximum value from the product.
• Required to work collaboratively with our technology and product team, from idealization to launch and user adoption.
• Required to analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact of marketing campaigns, optimize and improve the engagement of customers with our platform.

Required Candidate profile

• A minimum of 2 years of content writing experience in SaaS, Software, or Marketing domains.
• Solid understanding of content marketing principles with knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Prior exposure to product marketing concepts is a plus.
• Proven ability to create engaging content in excellent English including blogs, whitepapers, slide decks, videos, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across multiple content formats.
• High attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
• Should be able to cope up/adapt quickly with the process of Product management and how the role of a product marketer fits into it.
• Experience in marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools.
• Experienced in working with B2B software companies and are familiar with the dynamics and customer journey in enterprise B2B companies.
• Comfortable in translating the technical capabilities of our product into communication that spurs the customer to make use of the product.
