Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyse business requirements for integration across Insurance Partner ecosystem

- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for integration teams

- Define mapping rules, routing logic and transformation requirements for data exchange

- Document workflows, data flows and integration points between internal and external systems

- Own and manage the integration product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility

- Create user storis with clear acceptance criteria for Agile Delivery

- Act as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders, Partner Ecosystem and Technical teams to ensure alignment

- Actively involvement in Product Testing, UAT Testing, Partner Platform testing and signoff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 2 years of relevant experience in product management or related technical roles.

- Strong technical background with experience in backend integration and API development.

- Exposure to API management tools and microservices architecture

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Ability to analyze data and create reports using Excel.

- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
