As an Associate Product Manager at Enrich Money, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers. Your main responsibility will be to develop products that simplify investment and trading for our users. You will play a critical role in shaping the product experience and helping us deliver seamless and impactful solutions for clients across our platform. Candidates applying for the Associate Product Manager role should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the product development domain. It is essential to note that candidates without experience in this domain are advised not to apply for this role. Key Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and develop innovative solutions. You will assist in defining the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs, and drive the development and launch of new features. Analyzing product performance data to inform product improvements and ensuring projects are delivered on time with a focus on exceptional user experience are also part of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the assigned products/features and technical documentation preparation. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, finance, or technology. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in product management roles in a growth-stage tech company or related roles, preferably in fintech or investment platforms, will be advantageous. Strong technical skills, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are essential. An interest in financial products, trading, or investment platforms is a plus.
