As a Product Delivery Associate on the EX Kit and Enterprise Tools team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of product delivery. You will contribute to the innovation of new product offerings and play a key role in the end-to-end product delivery life cycle. Your efforts will help drive efficiencies, successful implementations, and continuous value delivery to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product release. - Contribute to change management activities and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the Product Manager to engage stakeholders, manage dependencies, and timelines effectively. - Assist in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies. - Apply your strong understanding of product and project delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall. - Gather crucial feedback, track project milestones, support documentation and reporting, and participate in process improvement initiatives for top-tier customer experiences. **Qualification Required:** - 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related domain (internships, certifications, or equivalent expertise considered). - Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies while being flexible to adjust priorities based on changing business needs. - Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.,
