Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate in Procurement (Non-IT) at our Mumbai location, you will play a key role in supporting APAC Procurement Buyers in managing end-to-end purchasing processes. Your responsibilities will include handling procurement requests, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring the seamless execution of procurement activities in the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with APAC procurement managers, business/function managers, and suppliers to facilitate procurement activities, focusing primarily on professional services & corporate services categories. - Manage and respond to daily procurement requests and inquiries from business stakeholders promptly. - Follow up with external suppliers to gather necessary documents and information essential for the procurement and due-diligence process. - Analyze and compare commercial offers to provide insights for stakeholder decision-making. - Prepare and finalize contract documents using approved templates. - Maintain online documentation related to procurement and keep track of contracts and procurement requests effectively. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in Non-IT Procurement, with a preference for professional services & corporate services. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
