Manufacturing feasibility review

Process design and development for the Fabrication and Assembly process

Facilities requirement review and initiation for development

Conducting trial, approval and handover the facilities to the manufacturing team.

Updating the BOM and Routing in SAP

Preparation of Control plan, SOP and Job Instruction

Conducting PFMEA.

Engineering change management related work
Requirements

Work experience in the Sheet metal fabrication and Assembly process.

Knowledge in New Product Management

Work experience in the MS Office, Solid works.

Knowledge in Core tools like APQP, PFMEA,

Good at team work and communication

Analytical skill and ability for problem solving
