Good to have skills:

• Need 10+ years experienced Techno functional Product Owner with below skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as Product Owner in Product Engineering companies.
• Should be well versed in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Have a consulting mindset to be able to conduct research to understand business needs and refine the business requirements into clear software specifications via features and user stories.
• Ability to build an in-depth understanding of issues that arise, throughout the product development lifecycle, studying them from a variety of angles.
• Own and Do Continuous Backlog grooming and act as liaison between Business and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate solution optioning with Engineering.
• Write/document Features with Business goals and Business metrics.
• Should be able to define clear Acceptance criteria and drive Business priority.
• Should be expert in coordinating between POs of other teams, Engineering teams and Business to drive Business priority and Goals. Write user stories in ATDD format.
• Need to have sound understanding of Solid background of BDD and ATDD. Should have very good background and understanding of Distributed and decoupled Web and API based applications and approach.
• Experience in working with geo distributed Engineering/scrum teams. Is able to define and drive stakeholder engagement communications plan.
• Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
• Possess project management skills to define, document and carry out small projects or sub-projects alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases.
• Must possess Excellent Written and verbal communication. Should have sound understanding of MVP (Minimum Viable Product and MVS (Minimum Viable Service) Nice to have if candidate has Product Owner experience in Wholesale Automotive domain Preferable if candidate has CSPO or SAFe Product owner certifications
