Job Description

As a Program Management Associate for Wealth Management Platforms at Morgan Stanley, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PMO team across all platform areas. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with reporting and presentation tasks such as creating templates, drafting slides, populating templates, and consolidating existing materials. - Providing meeting support by setting up meetings, taking meeting notes, and preparing draft agendas. - Offering general PMO support by maintaining key trackers, driving items to completion, and highlighting areas needing attention. - Performing data reconciliation, particularly for the budget process. - Acting as a liaison and providing additional support for offshore Platform functions. - Creating release notes and summaries suitable for various organizational levels. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience. - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Wealth Management operations or related roles in the financial services industry. - Experience in partnering/working with stakeholders across different areas. Skills that are essential for this position are: - Ability to work independently and with a team, demonstrating accountability and relationship-building skills. - Capacity to think laterally, understand the big picture, identify risks and trends, and offer remediations while working with technology and business stakeholders. - Excellent active listening, research/investigative, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills tailored for various audiences. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
