- Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescriptions- Provide expert advice and answer questions from customers regarding medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and manage patient medication plans- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including new products, industry trends, and regulatory changes- Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations for therapy adjustments when necessary- Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of safety and quality control- Support inventory management by ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies- Contribute to the development of pharmacy staff by participating in training and mentoring activities

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist licensure in the state of practice- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical science, drug interactions, and therapeutic processes- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities- Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and technology
