Patient Coun seling
Educate patients proper medication use, sid e effects, and storageAdvise on lifestyle choices related to health and wellness
Clinical Services
Participate in patient care rounds in hospitals
Monitor patient responses to medications and suggest changes if necessary
Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
Review all medications a patient is taking to optimize therapeutic outcomes
Identify and resolve medication-related problems
Compounding
Prepare customized medications when commercially available drugs don't meet patient needs
Public Health Role
Promote vaccination programs and educate on disease prevention
Participate in health screenings and chronic disease management
Regulatory and Quality Assurance
Ensure pharmacy operations comply with legal and safety standards
Manage inventory and maintain proper drug storage
