Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments and select target trainees and hospitals to optimize trainee quality and Phaco conversion rates.
Provide onsite instruction and consultation in the Operating Room and wet lab, ensuring effective trainee Phaco conversion rates and high-quality surgical results.
Demonstrate product and procedural excellence, coaching trainees and affiliated personnel to achieve optimal surgical and patient outcomes.
Support Phaco Development training events, patient education programs, professional congresses, symposiums, and special events.
Complete documentation of target assessments, pre-course preparations, surgical observations, and post-course Phaco cases, ensuring compliance with administrative and reporting procedures.
Handle adverse event and product complaint activities at a local level, including information collection and forwarding to the Local Vigilance Representative.
Adhere to all corporate compliance guidelines and corporate programs.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures, particularly Phacoemulsification.
Hands-on experience in optometry, clinical training, or ophthalmic support functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective trainee interaction.
Ability to conduct and facilitate on-site and in-lab training sessions.
Strong analytical and observation skills for assessing trainee performance and surgical outcomes.
Knowledge of compliance and documentation procedures in medical device environments.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.
