Job Description

You will be joining Borel Sigma Inc., a renowned think tank and management consultancy that specializes in various areas including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), change management, legal and accounting expertise, risk management, and technology and management consulting. Our primary focus is to provide customized solutions by employing collaborative and multidisciplinary approaches to ensure sustainable growth and value maximization for our clients. At Borel Sigma Inc., our mission is to empower organizations to overcome complex business challenges and reach their full potential. As an Associate Partner based in Dublin, this is a full-time on-site role where you will take on the responsibility of managing client engagements, overseeing due diligence processes, engaging in deal negotiations, and providing support for post-merger integration. Your role will also encompass the development of change management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will be expected to offer leadership guidance and mentorship to junior team members. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) including due diligence, deal negotiation, post-merger integration, and target identification. Furthermore, you should have a solid background in Change Management focusing on organizational transformation, change strategy development, minimizing disruptions, and fostering continuous improvement. Legal & Accounting Expertise is also crucial, covering regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, tax planning, and financial reporting. Risk Management skills are essential, encompassing risk assessment, risk mitigation, operational risk, financial risk, regulatory risk, and reputational risk. Technology & Management Consulting knowledge is key, involving digital transformation, process optimization, data-driven insights, organizational performance, and leadership development. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Possessing relevant professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or PMP would be advantageous.
